Despite its strong customer presence, the business exhibited underperformance across several critical operational and strategic domains, including:

In collaboration with the owner, a targeted improvement strategy was developed and implemented based on clearly defined priorities. The intervention process spanned six months, during which a robust operational foundation was established to support sustainable growth.

Average daily revenue increased from approximately AUD 800 to AUD 1,500
COGS were reduced from 45% to 28%
Wage costs decreased from 50% to 35%, inclusive of three staff sponsorships
In 2019, On Flinders was sold above the prevailing market valuation, providing empirical confirmation that the implemented business model was both effective and sustainable.
