Federico Pitasi is the founder of HPK Consultancy, where more than fifteen years of international hospitality experience intersect with the discipline and performance principles of elite sport.
Having led high-performance kitchens across Rome, Sydney, and Canberra, Federico has built his career through hands-on operational leadership in demanding culinary environments. His experience includes private engagements for the embassies of Sweden and Italy, as well as leadership roles in four-star hotel operations. Throughout his career, he has developed disciplined, resilient teams focused on consistency, accountability, operational excellence, and measurable performance outcomes.
With a professional background spanning both hospitality and high-performance sport, Federico brings a distinctive combination of operational expertise and people-centred leadership. His approach is further strengthened by formal coaching development through the ACT Brumbies high-performance rugby program, where he obtained a Level 3 Coaching Licence, reinforcing his expertise in team culture, leadership under pressure, communication, and performance-driven environments.
This professional experience is underpinned by formal academic training, including a Bachelor of Business with a major in Sport Management from the University of Canberra, providing a strong foundation in leadership, performance systems, organisational strategy, and team development.
